I only gave one star so I could write what this facility really deserves and that is 0. Upon entering the facility, I was completely appalled. The smell, the cold and dull colors of the walls, the disgusting bathrooms that these poor residents are subjected to, the ice cold food they serve, the laughable staff they employ, and lack of overall care of human life should all be considered when deciding to place any family member, friend or loved one into this facility. Their website does a lovely job of portraying a safe, comfortable humane facility for those not able to live on their own to be placed. It just simply is not the case. I would urge those looking for quality care to continue their search. The staff is simply not capable of providing overall, basic common sense care to those who need it. My heart breaks for those subjected to these kinds of surroundings. I wish the staff would take some pride in their work and strive to make their facility something to be talked about in the best of ways. It saddens me every single time I have to enter this facility but I simply continue to do it for the human life I am going to visit and comfort. Please take the time to do your research and ask questions about the happenings inside. Your loved one will thank you.
